UPDATE: NOV 2017 - this can also be done on Eldarya and steps are similar, only different action is to head to your profile by clicking on the image of your Elda, scroll down and click on 'Edit My Profile/Signature' and follow the video from there.
EDIT: dimensions for the picture size in order for it to not be cut off- 500px wide X 150px high
